Scope and Topics JTPN welcomes high-quality submissions that contribute to the scientific understanding and technological development of food systems. The journal’s scope encompasses, but is not limited to, the following key areas:

• Food Processing and Engineering: Novel processing techniques, food packaging innovations, and preservation technologies.

• Food Chemistry and Nutrition: Nutritional analysis, functional foods, nutraceuticals, and food biochemistry.

• Food Microbiology and Biotechnology: Fermentation technology, probiotics, foodborne pathogens, and food safety management.

• Post-Harvest Technology: Quality control, shelf-life extension, and the valorization of agricultural by-products.

• Traditional Food Innovation: The scientific exploration, standardization, and modernization of indigenous and local (Nusantara) food products.
