Scope and Topics JTPN welcomes high-quality submissions that contribute to the scientific understanding and technological development of food systems. The journal’s scope encompasses, but is not limited to, the following key areas:

  • Food Processing and Engineering: Novel processing techniques, food packaging innovations, and preservation technologies.

  • Food Chemistry and Nutrition: Nutritional analysis, functional foods, nutraceuticals, and food biochemistry.
